Common questions
How do I connect Claude?
In Claude, open Settings ▸ Connectors, add a custom connector with the URL https://neuralrepo.com/mcp/v2, then sign in and approve access. Full steps for Claude, Claude Code and other MCP clients are in the connector guide.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
In the web app, open Settings ▸ Billing and choose Manage Billing. Stripe handles payment details, invoices and cancellation.
How do I export my ideas?
Settings ▸ Data exports every idea as JSON, CSV or Markdown (one Obsidian-ready note per idea). Export is available on every plan.
How do I delete my account?
Settings ▸ Delete removes your account and everything in it, and cancels any subscription immediately. Export first if you want a copy. If you can no longer sign in, email support@neuralrepo.com from the address on the account.
I can't sign in.
Use the same method you signed up with (GitHub, Google, Apple or an email link). Email sign-in links expire after 15 minutes, so request a new one if it fails. Still stuck? Email us.
